London-based logistics developer-investor Verdion has boosted its European team with the appointment of Stephan Dalbeck as business and portfolio director.
London-based logistics developer-investor Verdion has boosted its European team with the appointment of Stephan Dalbeck as business and portfolio director.
Dalbeck has over 18 years’ experience working within the European logistics provider sector, having held senior positions with companies such as Eurinpro (now Goodman) and Prologis. Over that time he has overseen the development of over 4.3 million sq ft (400,000 m2) of logistics space across Europe.
At Verdion, he will be responsible for both business development and portfolio management, leading the asset management of the company’s portfolio of properties, land and income producing assets which now exceed €200 mln in value.
He will be based in Verdion’s Dusseldorf office.
