European logistics developer-investor Verdion has appointed Simon Walter as director of asset management, based in Verdion’s London office.
Walter joins from Aviva Investors where he was a director in the asset management team for nine years. During this time, he was responsible for direct property asset management across a large UK and European portfolio.
In his new role he will be based in Verdion's London office, working across the UK and Europe, heading up the asset management activities across the group.
