Scandinavian contractor Veidekke has won a SEK 1.5 bn (€133 mln) turnkey contract from Volvo Lastvagnar to build office and business premises in Lundby, Gothenburg.
The commission will be carried out as a design and build contract and comprises around 38,000 m2.
Design and engineering started in Q2 2022 and completion is scheduled for 2025.
Volvo Lastvagnar owns the property at Rambergsstaden 17:55 and the premises will be used by the Volvo Group’s technology organisation.
