The portfolio has been acquired by Laagraven Investment, for construction company Volker Wessels and the Kroon Group.

Vastned said the rental income less interest from the investments was negative and that it not expect positive results in the short term. The proceeds from the sale will be invested in 'liquid office markets' expected to show rental growth in the near future, said Vastned ceo Reinier van Gerrevink.
