The property's occupancy rate stands at 70%, giving a net initial yield of 4.6%. Vastned said the net initial yield will rise to 6.6% when the property is fully let. Commenting during the presentation of the Q1 results, Vastned expressed confidence it could cut the vacancy rate as it owns the two adjacent office building in the Capital Center that had lured tenants away from the 4,100 m[sup]2[/sup] Parijs property. 'The location is one of the most attractive in Amsterdam south-east. with good accessibility from the A2 motorway and good public transport connections.
