Swedish real estate firm Vasakronan has acquired the Black office building in Stockholm from IVG Institutional Funds.
The investment volume came to SEK 468 mln (€55 mln).
Located in the Sundbyberg office district, Black Building comprises around 12,000 m2 of rentable space and is fully leased on a long term basis to Svenska Kraftnät.
Vasakronan already owns two properties in the area, Crown 1 and the Plant 4.
'Central Sundbyberg is a strategic location that has a future,' said Fredrik Wirdenius, CEO of Vasakronan.
