Polish property builder Vantage Development has received the building permit for the development of the Gamma office building in the Western Business Centre district of Wroclaw, Poland. Desgined by architects APA Markowski and Szczecin-based Projektor Architekci, the property will offer around 14,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space as well as a restaurant, conference facilities across seven floors and 313 parking spaces.

According to Polish papers, construction work is expected to begin in mid-2010 with completion expected by the end of 2011.
Similarly, Warsaw-based property developer Marvipol has reportedly received a loan of PNL 53 mln (EUR 13 mln) from Bank Pekao for the construction of the Prosta tower in Warsaw. Additionally, the company has signed a letter of intent with the Polish arm of Austria's Strabag Real Estate for the construction of the 50,000 m2 Bielany Business Park in the Polish capital. Construction is expected to start in the first quarter of 2010, with completion planned for 2011.
