Last mile specialist Valor Real Estate Partners has made eight promotions, including that of Ben Brunschwig to principal alongside four other senior promotions.

The appointments were made as part of its ambition to double its assets under management to €6bn+ by 2026. The promotions span Valor’s investment, asset management, development and financing functions.

Paris-based Brunschwig has been promoted to principal, investment. He joined Valor in 2018, since when he has overseen more than €600 mln of acquisitions in France, across circa 35 transactions.

Margaux Gautreau has been promoted to senior vice president, asset management. Having joined Valor in 2019, she is part of a three-strong asset management team in France. She is currently responsible for some 500,000 m2 of French last mile assets and has overseen circa 50 lease events.

Alexandre Massot-Bordenave has been promoted to vice president, also asset management. Since joining Valor in 2022, he has worked across leasing, refurbishment and the development of French last mile assets. He has also recently been appointed head of ESG, France, with responsibility for the ongoing implementation of ESG strategy across several funds.

Will Outram has been promoted to vice president, also asset management. Having joined Valor in 2022, he has successfully delivered some £3 mln of annual rental growth and currently manages a circa 300,000 m2 UK portfolio. He has also recently been appointed as head of ESG, UK, responsible for the ongoing implementation of ESG strategy across several funds.

Jonathan Muller, who joined Valor in 2019, has been promoted to vice president, development. He leads development activities in France, where has played a key role in the deployment of €400 mln across circa 25 transactions, ranging from core properties to ground-up developments.

Other appointments include the promotion of Pierre Richard to senior associate, also development; the promotion of Camille Daulne to senior associate, finance & operations; and the promotion of Marcus Guillemant to associate, also finance & operations.
