Valor builds scale in Paris with 18,000 m2 warehouse acquisition

Valor Real Estate Partners (Valor) has announced the acquisition of a 18,000 m2 distribution centre in the core submarket of Trappes near Paris. Valor is committing a total of €25 mln to acquire the asset and undertake a full refurbishment.
