Valor Real Estate Partners has announced the purchase of a logistics asset in Thurrock, east London.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The property, located near the A13 and M25 motorways, consists of 160,000 ft2 (15,000 m2) currently leased to UK logistics firm Wincanton.
‘This acquisition highlights Valor’s approach to investing in high-quality assets with value-add potential in strong in-fill locations,’ commented Cane Napolitano, principal at Valor.
‘The submarket of Thurrock has historically enjoyed high rental growth, and this is projected to continue due to decreasing supply of quality logistics assets,’ he added.
