European real estate investment manager Valad has completed five lettings totalling 17,215 m[sup]2[/sup] at Copenhagen Business Park in Denmark on behalf of the V+ Nordic Fund.

European real estate investment manager Valad has completed five lettings totalling 17,215 m² at Copenhagen Business Park in Denmark on behalf of the V+ Nordic Fund.

The biggest deal was the renewal by existing tenant and insurance provider, If Skadeforsikring, of its commitment to 14,000 m² and the lease of a further 926 m². With 65,000 m² of space, Copenhagen Business Park is one of the largest office buildings in Denmark. It is multi-let to some 50 occupiers including Santander Bank, Specsavers, Mattel and Schüco.

Valad manages around EUR 1.2 bn of assets in the Nordic region, comprising 200 properties and almost 2,000 tenants, managed by teams in Denmark, Sweden and Finland.
