Valad Property Group, the pan-European multi-let investment manager, has appointed Fraser Kennedy as Chief Financial Officer, Europe. He takes responsibility for the company’s EUR 4.5 bn of assets in 14 funds under management in Europe, plus all corporate finance functions across the company’s European platform of 20 offices in 12 countries.

Valad Property Group, the pan-European multi-let investment manager, has appointed Fraser Kennedy as Chief Financial Officer, Europe. He takes responsibility for the company’s EUR 4.5 bn of assets in 14 funds under management in Europe, plus all corporate finance functions across the company’s European platform of 20 offices in 12 countries.

Kennedy was formerly Head of Fund Accounting and Reporting at Valad, working closely with its investors and negotiating debt facilities on behalf of Valad’s funds. Prior to joining Valad, he worked at Legal and General Investment Management and haysmacintyre. He holds a degree in law and is a Chartered Accountant.
