Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) has finalized the disposals of the Village 3, 4 and 6 office buildings, located in Paris’ La Défense in two separate transactions with French institutional investors.
Under the deals, which were first signed in December 2020, Village 3 was sold to an institutional fund managed by La Française Real Estate Managers while Village 4 and 6 were sold to institutional funds managed by Perial AM.
The offices have a combined GLA of 22,144 m2, and the main tenants are Orange and Orange Cyberdefense.
The deals form part of URW's planned €4 bn disposal programme.
Upon closing of these transactions and the SHiFT disposal previously announced, the group will have completed €0.8 bn of this target.
