Urban&Civic has been picked by the Hertfordshire County Council as the master developer for the £500 mln (€580 mln) Baldock North Urban Extension Project.
Urban&Civic will work in partnership with Hertfordshire County Council to deliver up to 3,300 homes together with commercial uses and associated infrastructure, including new schools and a country park.
The appointment was through a competitive dialogue process managed on the Council’s behalf by Carter Jonas’ Strategic Land team and with legal advice from Sharpe Pritchard.
