Urban&Civic has contracted Crest Nicholson Holdings to develop a third parcel of infrastructure land in Rugby, Warwickshire, owned jointly with Aviva Investors.
The contract follows agreements with Davidsons Homes and Morris Homes earlier this year for a raft of residential schemes across the West Midlands county.
The 12.5 acre land parcel has consent for up to 205 residential plots and will be developed under licence.
Urban&Civic and Aviva Investors have now contracted on 625 plots across 45 developable acres in the Rugby area. Crest Nicholson is expected to commence construction in early summer 2017.
Urban&Civic also announced a deal with Invesco for the disposal of a foodstore on the outskirts of Herne Bay, Kent, which has been let by Sainsbury's, but is not yet occupied by the supermarket tenant. The company said the sales price represents a £3.3 mln premium to its EPRA value.
