BI Norwegian Business School has bought back The Campus Nydalen office in Oslo from German asset manager Union Investment, after originally selling it to Union in 2006.
The price was not disclosed.
BI is the third-largest educational institution in Norway, with six locations across the country. The Nydalen site covers 16,750 m2 in an office district in north Oslo.
Christoph Schumacher of Union’s management team said the firm had, ‘taken advantage of a unique market opportunity to sell the property to a strategic buyer’. Union intends to reinvest the funds soon in ‘core’ European countries.
