Union Investment purchases Kiel mall for EUR 50m

Union Investment Real Estate has purchased the Quer-Passage passage in the German city of Kiel from HSH N Real Estate for EUR 50 mln. The property which was extensively refurbished by HSH over the last 15 months comprises 6,400 m[sup]2[/sup] of retail and 4,600 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space. The retail space is almost fully let. Union Investment acquired the mall for its UniImmo: Deutschland fund.
