On the same day, Union Investment will announce the winner of the third edition of the Prime Property Awards which recognises investors who have implemented European real estate projects that combine commercial success with ecological and sociocultural sustainability in exemplary fashion.

The winner will be drawn from 31 real estate projects from 12 countries in a battle for what has been dubbed the Property Oscars. The award carries prize money of EUR 30,000. In total, 160 property projects from 19 European countries were submitted for the Prime Property Awards.

The Prime Property Awards are held every two years to acknowledge the real estate investment projects that best combine commercial success with socio-cultural and ecological sustainability.
