Union Investment buys logistics park for EUR 21m

German property company Union Investment has acquired the Ten Brinke logistics park in the German city of Bremerhaven for around EUR 21 mln. The property is earmarked for Union Investment's institutional real estate funds Immo-Invest: Europa fund. The asset was acquired from Ten Brinke Logistics. It covers an area of 29,930 m[sup]2[/sup] and is fully let with a seven-year rental agreement.
