German fund manager Union Investment has completed the acquisition of the Dominikanski office building in the Polish city of Wroclaw from Swedish property developer Skanska for around SEK 1 bn (€117 mln).

German fund manager Union Investment has completed the acquisition of the Dominikanski office building in the Polish city of Wroclaw from Swedish property developer Skanska for around SEK 1 bn (€117 mln).

Located in the centre of the city, Dominikanski provides around 40,000 m2 of leasable space and is 52%-prelet to tenants such as HP Global Business Center, Deloitte and PKO BP.

The property, which is LEED Gold pre-certified, is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2015, with the handover to its new owner following in the fourth quarter.

Dominikanski is Skanska Property Poland’s fourth office investment in Wroclaw.
