Italian bank Unicredit has sold EUR 640 mln worth of property to a new real estate fund managed by Fimit, Italian financial newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore reported this week. The company plans to transfer around 180 office buildings with a value of EUR 640 mln to the fund in September. The properties generate an annual rent of some EUR 38 mln, the paper added.
