The European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) has announced the appointment of Guillaume Poitrinal, chairman and CEO of Unibail-Rodamco, as the new chairman of the association.
The European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) has announced the appointment of Guillaume Poitrinal, chairman and CEO of Unibail-Rodamco, as the new chairman of the association.
Poitrinal takes over the position from outgoing chairman Serge Fautré, CEO of Belgian real estate group Cofinimmo.
'My aim is to consolidate the excellent work that has been done by Serge Fautré over the last four years. We must continue to defend the model of publicly traded real estate companies which has proved so impressively resilient throughout this once-in-a-lifetime crisis,' Poitrinal said.
