Shopping centre owner and operator Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield has announced two senior hires for its mixed-use regeneration and development pipeline.

Penny Cameron, who worked for Stanhope and Hammerson, joins as the company’s new head of development, bringing a plethora of residential experience to the position.

She oversaw the transformation of important development sites, such as the Television Centre project and One Bishopsgate Plaza in the City of London, into high-quality residential-led quarters.

Meanwhile, Brent Seaton has joined as head of construction having recently worked as project director for Multiplex.

He brings a wide range of residential delivery experience, including the Damac Tower in Nine Elms. 

Seaton will be in charge of both the design and construction departments and will act as an enabler for the company’s construction pipeline.

Reporting to UK COO Scott Parsons, Cameron and Seaton will lead on major development and design & construction projects.

These include the 1,700 residential scheme and the Ministry at Westfield London, the 10,684 m2 new concept combining?workspace, a multi-studio fitness?offer and?a rooftop bar and restaurant, due to launch in Q1 2024.
