Unibail-Rodamco, Europe's largest listed real estate company, has agreed to sell an office building in the Paris region for €267 mln.
The Paris-listed giant declined to name the buyer, but said the disposal of the building, 2-8 Ancelle in Neuilly-sur-Seine, is expected to close in the first quarter of 2016.
The fully refurbished property comprises 17,200 m2 let to law firm CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre for a 12-year term. Designed with flexible floor plates, the building has obtained BBC, BREEAM and HQE environmental certification.
