Pan-European property company Unibail-Rodamco has sold 20 retail stores in the Netherlands to Investore Prime Retail, a partnership between Investore Holding, Timeinvest en Breedinvest. Market sources said the deal is valued at around EUR 45 mln.

Investore said in a press release that the 20 stores provide around 14,500 m2 of space and include outlets belonging to the Perry Sport, Bruna (books), Foot Locker, Kijkshop (consumer electronics and household articles), Hema (food and household) chains as well as fashion labels M&S Mode, Hennes & Mauritz and Bristol.
The stores are located in Arnhem, Hoorn, Rijswijk, Rotterdam and Zwijndrecht.
