Unibail-Rodamco has placed a 10-year bond maturing in March 2026 for a total amount of €500 mln. This bond will offer a fixed coupon of 1.375%.

This bond will offer a fixed coupon of 1.375%.

The company said the bond was more than six times oversubscribed, the order book reaching over €3 bn in less than 2 hours.

The net proceeds from the bond will be used for general corporate purposes, it added.
