Franco-Dutch property investor Unibail-Rodamco said Thursday it had opened the 15,000 m[sup]2[/sup] extension to the Aupark shopping centre in Bratislava, Slovakia. The company said its 50% share of the extension cost around EUR 31 mln and reflects a net initial yield of 7%.

Franco-Dutch property investor Unibail-Rodamco said Thursday it had opened the 15,000 m2 extension to the Aupark shopping centre in Bratislava, Slovakia. The company said its 50% share of the extension cost around EUR 31 mln and reflects a net initial yield of 7%.

The Aupark shopping centre now comprises 58,300 m2 of gross lettable area. Anchor tenants include Zara, Hennes & Mauritz, C&A, Peek and Cloppenburg, Bershka, Douglas and Pull & Bear.

Following the legal transfer of the extension on 1 October of this year, Unibail-Rodamco will own 50% of the enlarged shopping centre, with HB Reavis Group holding the remaining 50%.
