Unibail-Rodamco, Europe's largest listed real estate company, has issued a EUR 500 mln bond. The company said the six-year bond matures on 13 December 2017.
The bond will offer a coupon of 3.875%. The issuance was three times covered, with the order book reaching EUR 1.5 bn. Unibail-Rodamco said the net proceeds will be used to strengthen the group's liquidity.
The company is rated A (stable outlook) by Standard & Poor’s and Fitch Ratings.
