The Unibail-Rodamco combine said on Wedensday that it now holds 95.74% of Rodamco's shares after the close of the acceptance period for the public offer on Tuesday. In a joint statement, the two companies said an additional 14,443,054 shares had been tendered, representing a 16.11% stake in Rodamco, and taking Unibail’s total holding to 85,821,446 shares.

Upon settlement, Unibail will have issued a total of 35,460,833 new shares and 9,363,708 Unibail bonds redeemable for Unibail-Rodamco shares. Unibail and Rodamco confirmed plans to delist Rodamco from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Euronext Amsterdam, Paris and Brussels.
