Uni-Invest is planning to seek a listing on Euronext Amsterdam this month. The Dutch commercial property company hopes to raise about EUR 310 mln through the flotation, which is aimed at funding further acquisitions in the Dutch office and industrial property markets.
The offering is expected to take place on 19 June. Uni-Invest will sell about 24 million shares at EUR 13-15 per share. Uni-Invest's chief financial officer Pieter Roozenboom said the company hopes to benefit from 'attractive macro-economic developments' in the Netherlands. Investment banks Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley are acting as joint global co-ordinators and joint bookrunners.
Uni-Invest owns and manages a portfolio of 300 commercial properties worth about EUR 1.5 bn in the Netherlands. The company was previously listed on Amsterdam's stock exchange but was removed in 2002 when Uni-Invest was taken over by the Merwede Group and Lehman Bros for EUR 884 mln.
