The Urban Land Institute (ULI) and PricewaterhouseCoopers will present the Emerging Trends in Real Estate Europe 2008 report at the Mipim property fair in Cannes next month. The fifth edition of the annual report features analysis and predictions of the 27 markets in countries throughout Europe. The report is based on surveys and interviews with more than 400 real estate professionals.

Emerging Trends also contains information on investment and development prospects for individual property sectors, including office, retail, industrial/distribution space, hotels and residential. 'Given the economic uncertainty and credit tightening that is occurring in many parts of the world, this year’s report promises to be very timely,' said Richard Rosan, president, ULI Worldwide.

The report, which for the last three years identified Paris as the top investment market in Europe, will be released by ULI and Pricewaterhousecoopers to the Mipim attendees during a presentation and panel discussion in the Esterel Room at 4.30 pm on 13 March.
