Philipp Braunwalder has told contacts he has started a new venture in the UK to help tackle the chronic undersupply of residential property.
Braunwalder has set up Swiss Finance & Property alongside Hans-Peter Albert Bauer.
Braunwalder has served as head of business development and administration at London-based advisor, Real PM, since July 2020.
He is also a part of the ULI Europe Young Leaders Committee, which among other things has been instrumental in organising the Vanguard podcast series highlighting young talent in the European built environment.
He told contacts: ‘I am excited to share that I have started work on a new Swiss Finance & Property venture with the aim of building a UK residential portfolio that will address both the nation's under-supply of housing as well as the introduction of stricter environmental regulations over the coming years.’
