Evolve Estates, the UK commercial and property investment company, has bolstered its team, appointing a new asset manager as part of its ambitious growth programme.
Adam Davies has joined the company from CBRE’s Central London Property Asset Management team, where he managed a portfolio on behalf of pan-European and Hong Kong-based institutional clients.
Before that, Davies spent more than five years at Workman, where he was responsible for a commercial property portfolio across London and the South East on behalf of UK-based pension funds.
“Evolve Estates is a dynamic company with great ambitions, so I’m pleased to join a growing team, where I can use my knowledge to help manage the company’s portfolio,” Davies said.
From Evolve Estates' Mayfair office, he will work across an array of complex town centre regeneration projects, where Evolve focuses on occupational cost reduction and increased leasing activity.
Phil Murphy, head of asset management at Evolve Estates, which has a UK-wide portfolio value of more than £300 mln (€354 mln), added: 'We’re actively acquiring retail and office assets across the country, but for us to realise our ambitions, we must add more experienced asset managers to the team.
'We’re looking forward to working with Adam, who brings years of first-class expertise to the business.'
