UK pub operator and owner JD Wetherspoons has put 32 pubs on the market, calling the action as a 'commercial decision'.
The assets, which are in town and city centre locations, are being brought to market by CBRE and Savills.
JD Wetherspooons operates around 800 pubs across the UK and Ireland.
The pubs for sale are located in a range of UK regions, and include nine London pubs, comprising the Asparagus in London Battersea and the London Islington Angel.
Commented Toby Hall, senior director at CBRE: 'The excellent mix of locations in this portfolio is rarely seen in the market.
'With more than half of the portfolio located in London and the south-east and other strong locations in the south-west, Midlands and the north we believe the pubs represent an excellent opportunity for existing pub operators and new entrants.'
Wetherspoon spokesman Eddie Gershon added: 'On occasion Wetherspoon does put some of its pubs up for sale.
'This is a commercial decision. We understand that customers and staff will be disappointed with it. The pubs will continue to operate as Wetherspoon outlets until they are sold.'
