Property finance specialist Ask has announced the appointment of Kyri Hadjisoteris as a director.
Daniel Austin, chief executive at Ask said: 'I am delighted to welcome Kyri to the team. His deep real estate finance experience combined with his insight into the investment needs of high net worths and family offices will make a significant contribution to Ask’s growth and ability to better serve its clients.'
Hadjisoteris will join Ask’s real estate lending team with a focus on origination and execution of diverse real estate transactions. Formerly part of Investec’s Structured Property Finance team for over 12 years, where he focused on real estate lending, he recently established the UK office for a European property development and investment company.
Hadjisoteris said: 'I am delighted to be joining Ask at such an exciting time in the company’s growth.'
Finance provider Ask has been involved in 10 deals throughout the UK in 2019 and 27 since its founding in 2016, with the total amount of lending extended reaching over £250 mln (€294 mln).
