Independent UK law firm, Stevens & Bolton has announced the appointment of new partner Andrew Edwards, who joins the real estate practice from international law firm DWF, marking the firm’s sixth lateral partner hire in less than a year.
The appointment follows a string of lateral hires from Shoosmiths, Irwin Mitchell, Charles Russell Speechlys, Rosenblatt, and Talbott Walker, bringing the total number of partners in the all-equity partnership to 48. He is also the second high-profile partner to join the firm’s real estate practice in the last year, following the appointment of property tax expert, Sarah Cardew, from Irwin Mitchell last October.
