Husa will continue to operate the four-star hotel, which is located at Gran Vía. The transaction was carried out as a share deal involving Inmobiliaria Sarasate.

The 125-room hotel is understood to have been put on the market earlier this year along with Husa's President Park, in Brussels and Imperial Tarraco, in Tarragona, Spain.

Husa Hoteles operates a total of 120 hotels in Spain, Germany, Turkey, Argentina, Belgium, Morroco and Andorra.
