Asset manager UFG is going forward with its strategy to strengthen and develop its property activities with the acquisition of real estate advisor Exa France. The purchase was made through the group's Colliers UFG Property Managers unit, headed by Jean-Louis Scudier.

Asset manager UFG is going forward with its strategy to strengthen and develop its property activities with the acquisition of real estate advisor Exa France. The purchase was made through the group's Colliers UFG Property Managers unit, headed by Jean-Louis Scudier.

EXA France was founded in 2005 by its current CEO Jean-Michel Andrieu. The firm is mostly active in investment and property advisory through its units EXA Conseil Investissement and EXA Conseil Immobilier. It also has a property management business and a property research arm. It has a staff of 40 and an annual turnover of EUR 6.1 mln.

Colliers UFG PM manages over 4.2 million m2 of commercial real estate and employs a total of 225 professionals across the main French cities.
