French real estate investment manager Uffi Ream has acquired two properties located in the French cities of Rousset and Toulouse from Pylos France. The transaction price amounts to EUR 20 mln.
French real estate investment manager Uffi Ream has acquired two properties located in the French cities of Rousset and Toulouse from Pylos France. The transaction price amounts to EUR 20 mln.
The newly built properties were delivered in May and July this year and are fully let with a 12-year rental agreement to Pat Boul and Patis Services, a subsidiary of Industrial Finance Hubert. The Rousset mixed-use property provides over 6,200 m2 of office and warehouse space while the asset in Toulouse consists of over 4,200 m2.
Uffi Ream was advised by Etude Rolchelois - Bessins and Associates and law firm Lefevre Fonteilles Associates. Pylos France was advised by CB Richard Ellis and Etude Wargny Katz.
Uffi Ream said it intends to invest a total of EUR 180 mln this year, of which around EUR 100 mln in corporate real estate.
