Logistics property developer Panattoni has announced the sale of the fully let Panattoni Park Freiburg Süd in Neuenburg am Rhein in Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany, to UBS Fund Management for an undisclosed amount.
The property, completed in 2022, has been let long-term to Hornbach Baumarkt AG which uses the spaces to supply its Swiss hardware stores. The family-operated company, incorporated in Bornheim bei Landau in the Palatinate region, is a one of the largest operators of hardware and garden supply stores in Europe.
The asset provides around 14,000 m2 and is targeting DGNB Gold certification.
