UBS Real Estate has appointed Andreas Langer as new fund manager for two of its logistics vehicles, Ergo Trust Logistikfonds I and UBS (D) German Logistics Property Fund 2.
The 41-year old manager joins from IVG Institutional Funds where he has been a director of fund management for the past six years.
Before that, he worked for Schroder Property KAG where he was in charge of two spezialfonds for institutional investors with a focus on Germany and the Nordics.
UBS Real Estate is part of UBS Global Asset Management, a Swiss group with €53 bn of assets under management.
