The German asset management arm of Swiss financial group UBS has sold an office building in Milan to the Pegasus fund, managed by Investire Immobiliare Sgr, for €52 mln.

Located at viale dell’Innovazione 3 in the Bicocca business district, the building provides around 18,000 m2 of multi-tenant space. JLL advised on the deal.

Also in Milan, CBRE has confirmed the sale of the headquarters of newspaper La Nazione in Florence for €36 mln.

The 18,000 m2 asset, sold by landlord Poligrafici Editoriale, will be transferred to the Pacific 1 fund managed by BNP Paribas Sgr and owned by US private equity group Blackstone. It has been leased back by Poligrafici Editoriale on a long-term rental agreement.
