UBS Asset Management's Euroinvest vehicle has sold a major office scheme in Stuttgart, Germany, to fund manager FLE.
The sales price came to around €40 mln and the acquisition was made on behalf of the FLE SICAV FIS fund.
Completed in 2003, the office complex located at Löffelstraße 42, 44 and 46 provides 19,000 m2 of rentable space and is leased to well-known tenants such as Deloitte, PKF, Roland Berger and Capgemini.
Colliers International brokered the transaction.
