UBS Asset Management Italy has announced that its Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM) business has appointed Vincenzo Nocerino as head of transactions, Italy.
Reporting to Head of Real Estate Italy, Marco Doglio, Nocerino will be based in Milan and will be responsible for accelerating the growth of REPM’s investment operations across the Italian market.
'Vincenzo joins with a wealth of relevant experience of the Italian real estate investment market, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the institutional landscape. We look forward to working with him to drive our growth ambitions as we continue to build on our Italian platform following a strong year of mandate wins,' commented Doglio.
Nocerino is the latest addition to REPM’s 10-strong Italian team following the establishment of a dedicated real estate platform in 2015.
He joins REPM from AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets, where he held the position of head of acquisitions for the Italian market since 2014.
