The 15,318 sq ft (1,423 m2) asset was bought from Brazilian billionaire Joseph Safra, the world's 31st richest man.

The asset is majority let to Halcyon Gallery on an outside the act lease, with 10 years left to run.

'The building is unique and one of the most beautiful assets on the street with a beautiful listed façade and spectacular interiors which are key characteristics for a luxury Maison,' said Matt Farrell, Trophaeum’s managing director.

Trophaeum is best known for being the majority landlord of Mayfair’s Albemarle Street estate. As well as the firm’s London holdings, the company has been quietly building a portfolio of prime assets in Paris and Milan.
