Pan-European real estate manager Triuva has sold an office in central Helsinki to Swedish developer and asset manager Skandia Fastigheter.

Financial details were not disclosed.

The fully-let core property was built in 2007 and is located at Salmisaarenaukio 1 in the Finnish capital. It comprises 14,430 m² of office space spread over eight floors. The main tenants are nuclear power company Fennovoima and telecommunications software company Comptel.

Jörg Laue, director of investment management at Triuva, said: ‘The Nordics showed outstanding performance in recent months due to their strong and growing economies. We are well positioned to benefit from the current market phase to achieve attractive returns for our investors. We´ll remain active in the Nordics region going forward.’

Triuva was advised on the transaction by Roschier and K&S on the legal side, E/Y Finland and Rödl & Partner Sweden on tax matters and Brunswick Real Estate for commercial purposes.
