German asset manager Triuva Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft has announced the acquisition of an office property in Milan for €49 mln.
The acquisition was made from a fund managed by Generali Real Estate Sgr on behalf of one of Triuva's individual mandates.
The property is leased on a long-term basis to the staffing consultants GI Group, which uses the office building as its corporate headquarters.
The 12-floor building has a gross floor area of 16,000 m2 and is located not far from the main railway station. It is divided into two separate blocks and also provides 77 parking spaces for cars. The property was built in 1958 and underwent comprehensive structural renovation in 2009.
Triuva was advised by law firm DLA Piper. The due diligence consultants were Cushman & Wakefield and Habitec.
