German fund manager Triuva Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft has acquired an office building in Wiesbaden, Germany from Indigo Invest Holding for an undisclosed sum.

The fully let property, dubbed Denuo, comprises a total area of around 9,000 m2 and is located in the city centre. It was acquired as part of an asset deal.
Situated at at Bahnhofstrasse 27-33, the anchor tenant is the insurance group Continentale Versicherungsverbund. The six-floor core property was built in the 1980s and underwent refurbishment from 2014 to 2016.
