The seller of the 2,220 m2 property was Banca Nazionale del Lavoro (BNL). The Californian tech products giant Apple is the property's anchor tenant.

The purchase takes Triuva's Italian high-street portfolio to a volume of around €160 mln, comprising 10 assets.

Built in 1895, the property's façade was recently renovated before the building underwent a complete refurbishment in 2015.

Around 70% of the building is leased to Apple. Triuva said it was in advanced negotiations with a luxury fashion brand for the remaining rental space.

Triuva was advised by DLA as legal advisor and by JLL as technical and commercial advisor.

Banca Nazionale del Lavoro sought advice from C&W Agent and Studio Graziadei's legal team.
