European logistics investor Tritax Eurobox has acquired two Polish logistics assets and a development plot from Griffin Real Estate for €52 mln.
Griffin was acting on behalf of South African REIT, Redefine Properties.
The logistics buildings are located in Stryków, near Lódz in central Poland. The standing assets comprise a total area of almost 77,000 m2, while the land plot is earmarked for the development of a new warehouse covering 22,407 m2.
According to Griffin, Stryków is one of Poland’s largest logistics markets and a key logistics hub in the Central and Eastern European region.
Jedrzej Palka, associate from Linklaters’ Warsaw real estate team, executed the deal, with the support of junior associates Malgorzata Szafranska and Mateusz Korecki. The overall supervision over the deal was provided by Linklaters’ Warsaw managing partner Artur Kulawski.
